Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship using both USPS and UPS and we offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.
Do you keep customer information away from third party sites?
At Quality Sign Designer we take every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
What if my product arrived with damage or defects?
We will accept the freight prepaid return of any unused stock item in its original packaging within 30 days from shipment for credit. All sales are final on custom items. Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Credits are non applicable for any products returned without a RGA number.
What about Sales Tax?
Any sales in the state of Florida will be subject to sales tax.
I never received my Order Confirmation Email.

May I make changes or corrections to my order after its been placed?
Due to orders being sent immediately to production, we can not always make changes before printing. Please call us as soon as possible if you have changes to make at 1-800-897-6083. Thank you.
