Buying products online, especially custom “print on demand products”, requires a high level of trust from both the the customer as well as the supplier. Naturally, we want to earn your trust as well as your business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order just let us know within 48 hours of receipt at 800-897-6083. Upon receiving your returned product (you will be responsible for return freight) we will be glad to give you a refund or replacement. This offer only applies to orders of any single product design of 2 units or less. Any order in excess of 2 units of a single product design will only be replaced if Quality Sign Designer is at fault. This offer is subject to change without notice.

Yes we can assist with custom designs. The cost for design services is $90 per hour, charged in half hour increments. Each quote depends on the details of the requested design. To request a quote contact us with a description of your design. If and when you accept the quote we’ll send a Custom Order Link you can use to place your order. You’ll receive a proof for approval 2 business days after placing your order and the order will arrive 6-10 business days after approving the proof for production.

We offer both single-sided and double-sided custom flags. Our Custom Flags are penetration printed to show through on the other side (reverse on back). Each comes standard with a header and two brass grommets.

Our Double-Sided Custom Flags consist of two Custom Flags sewn together with a block out layer sewn in between. This process creates a flag that reads left to right from both sides.

All of our Double Sided Custom Flags are constructed by sewing two Custom Flags together with a blockout insert placed between. This prevents “bleeding of designs” from either side. Please note that these flags will take more wind to fly than our standard Custom Flags.

Custom Flag durability depends on the local climate and length of use. If the Custom Flag is being used in a harsher climate and never brought indoors the Custom Flag can go 12-18 months before showing the first signs of fading.

We use a dye sublimation printing method (direct on fabric, not silk screened).

Due to orders being sent immediately to production, we can not always make changes before printing. Please Contact us as soon as possible if you have changes to make.

Our products sizes are measured in “Feet”, for example a 3×5 Custom Flag is 3ft in height and 5ft in width.

We can work with most graphic file formats such as:

Vector – PDF, AI, WMF, and EPS
Raster – JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, PSD, and GIF

If your file format isn’t listed above, most programs will export in one of them.

Yes we can. Just provide your Pantone Color Codes in your Order Notes at Checkout.

We learned that Nylon doesn’t hold and seal custom printed inks as well as Polyester. Also when comparing both materials side by side our Polyester Flag Cloth looks and feels almost identical to Nylon.
