Buying products online, especially custom “print on demand products”, requires a high level of trust from both the the customer as well as the supplier. Naturally, we want to earn your trust as well as your business. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order just let us know within 48 hours of receipt at 800-897-6083. Upon receiving your returned product (you will be responsible for return freight) we will be glad to give you a refund or replacement. This offer only applies to orders of any single product design of 2 units or less. Any order in excess of 2 units of a single product design will only be replaced if Quality Sign Designer is at fault. This offer is subject to change without notice.
